PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

LEVEL QUICK is an extremely flexible, high quality polymer resin reinforced cementitious repair and leveling/ grading compound for vertical and horizontal surfaces.

STANDARDS

Use a clean mortar box, pail, or mechanical mixing device. Begin mixing process by first putting a small amount of clean, clear water in the bottom of the mixing container. Add the entire package of LEVEL QUICK. Start Mixing. Slowly add clean water to LEVEL QUICK material until a workable consistency is achieved. Mix thoroughly. Once the material starts to set-up, do not attempt to add any more water.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Clean surface of all loose, peeling, chipping, and flaking materials. Surface must be free of oil, grease, paint, wax, powder, or any foreign matter that could interfere with adhesion. It may be necessary to machine grind or sand surface to remove old paint, glue, or adhesives. Very dry concrete surfaces should be dampened thoroughly before applying LEVEL QUICK. Remove all standing water before beginning application. Removal can be done by sweeping, or toweling water off surface.

APPLICATION

LEVEL QUICK can be troweled on using a broad knife, cement trowel, or screed. Although LEVEL QUICK is not self-leveling, when mixed to a thinner consistency, it can be poured on and troweled smooth.

For maximum bond, a scratch or slurry coat is recommended, first. When dry, apply a 2nd or 3rd coat, which should be flat troweled, or screed to the required thickness. If applying LEVEL QUICK thicker than 1/4″, apply the material in layers to avoid surface shrinkage cracking or crazing. If shrinkage cracks or crazing occurs, apply a thin, final slurry coat to fill-in or use All Deck Patching Compound to fill-in and smooth-out the surface before proceeding with coating or flooring installation. LIMITATIONS

Do not use where hydrostatic pressure is forcing moisture up through on-grade concrete or asphalt surfaces. Do not apply over unsealed wooden surfaces, or when the ambient temperature is below 50o Fahrenheit. You must use all dry powder mix in container at one time or material will not properly set-up. Pot life: 20-30 minutes.

WARRANTY

LEVEL QUICK is guaranteed to be of the highest quality and be uniformly manufactured. Should the contents of the container be found to be defective, we will replace, at no charge, only that material exhibiting defects in manufacturing.

CAUTION

Use with adequate ventilation. It is advisable to wear eye protection and a particle mask when working with powdered materials. Because product may develop heat, avoid prolonged inhalation and contact with skin or eyes. If prolonged contact occurs, flush eyes with clean water until all traces of residue are gone; flush skin with soap and water. Remove and wash clothing before wearing again. May be harmful if swallowed. If swallowed, contact a physician immediately. Keep container closed when not being used. Do not transfer contents to unlabeled bottles or containers. Keep out of reach of children.
