Description
WRP Epoxy Dough A & B — Structural Wood Rebuilding Compound
WRP Epoxy Dough is a two-part structural epoxy filler that rebuilds missing wood, fills voids, and creates new material where wood has been lost to rot or damage. Applied over wood that has been treated with WRP Consolidant, the Epoxy Dough cures to a rock-hard material that can be sanded, shaped, drilled, painted, and even holds screws — making it a true structural replacement for missing wood.
How It Works
Mix Part A and Part B until uniform color. Apply to the prepared area (consolidated wood or clean sound wood), shaping as needed. The dough has a clay-like consistency that can be molded, pressed into cavities, and sculpted to match original wood profiles. After curing, it machines like hardwood.

Application Tips
- Always apply over consolidated wood for best adhesion
- For deep fills, build in 1-inch layers — each layer must cure before the next
- Add WRP Texture Powder for custom texture matching (smooth, medium, or coarse)
- Use WRP Graining Tool to replicate wood grain pattern before full cure
- Seal repaired area with WRP Board Defense for long-term protection
Frequently Asked Questions
How strong is the cured epoxy dough?
Cured WRP Epoxy Dough has compressive strength exceeding most softwoods. It holds screws, accepts nails (pre-drill recommended), and can support structural loads when properly applied over consolidated substrate.
